Privacy and security - someone else’s iPhone/iPad

I have a vulnerable relative - their daughter took their iPhone and iPad. I have good reason to believe these were accessed without that relative’s permission in order to access further things (emails/bank accounts). I’m not certain though… What do I do?

(I don’t know what models these are so I can’t see which topic to put this question under - I’m just going to choose random devices/models).
