Apple watch recovery mode stuck loop

Hello, today my apple watch wanted to update or recovery so i fill the code on watch on my iphone and then it started the procces. After while it was done and its appeared again and its happening like 10x times now. After the recovery it does want to recovery again and only shows the code for do it.

I have apple watch series 5.

Its not even paired in the watch app, but the code for recovery is sending to my iphone.
