I guess you are referring to Parental Controls then if you set it right then there is no "One More minute" option for your child. If you are referring to Screen Time for Self Control then I am sorry to say you will have to live with it.

Set Screen Time Restrictions for your Child in your Family using Parental Control.

You're right @Sazolk, the child still has the option to ignore the set limit or downtime, no matter what setting the parent applies.
Sorry Apple, but parental controls are useless in the way they're implemented now - all set limits can simply be ignored, even when a pass code is set by the parent.
