Can’t purchase Apple Care+ monthly plan
I just want to know why can’t I add the monthly Apple care plan for my iPad Pro 12.9 Gen 6. Anyone got an idea?

If you are within 60 days from the date of purchase of your iPad Pro, you should be able to do it using the instructions provided at the section "How to buy", at the very bottom of this support article:--> AppleCare Products - iPhone - Apple

I always get these errors when I try purchasing the plan
And what happened when you contacted Apple Support?
What did they tell you?
They said the problem is the payment method.
The problem is that I’m in PR and the payment method can’t be from PR.
AppleCare+ monthly payments are not available in all locations.
