My Apple Watch won’t let me see my messages
Everytime I pair my Apple Watch i go to my messages and sometimes they don’t pop up or there old messages

If you're not seeing messages from the phone on the watch, make sure that they are enabled. On the paired phone go into the Watch app > My Watch tab > Messages, and make sure the "Mirror my iPhone" option is selected.

If the messages still won't come through, try unpairing and re-pairing the watch with the phone.
