How do I cancel my card?
I would like to cancel my Apple Card - but can't get through on the phone. Any idea?

The only way to cancel your Apple Card Mastercard account is to speak with an Apple Card specialist at Goldman Sachs Bank. Apple Support Communities does not have access to your personal or financial information.
You should also be aware that closing an account may negatively affect your FICO credit score. You might want to just lock your account instead.
