iCloud mails

It’s been few days now and I can’t send or receive emails. When I try to send one, all I get is “password and username of icloud mail is incorrect”

Can someone please help me?

Your Apple ID can be verified using this link https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid#!&section=appleid

A green check mark will appear when Apple ID and password is correctly entered , the account should be active .

Contact Apple Support:

Perhaps there is an issue in the Apple user database. So, contact them, to see what exactly is caring here.


Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
