Erasing Apple Watch

Hi, I had my Apple Watch paired with my iPhone but for some reason now my watch is not paired with the same iPhone. As a result I am trying to pair it again.

Question - if I erase my Apple phone, will it erase the same photos/data etc. from my iPhone too?
