Apple Pro Display XDR Glitch

Hello,

As presented below my second XDR display started to flicker this kind of white noise.

The same spot, different frequency and intensity.

No idea what's going on. SEcond monitor is working perfectly normal. Both are connected to AMD Radeon Pro W5700X.

When I connect monitor to Mac Pro via usb c slot located at the top flickering stops.

But It's only the case for this one monitor. Second one works perfectly, no matter where its plugged. Also When I unplug "properly" working monitor from the dedicated graphic card slot the "broken" one still flicker.

It only stops when I plug it into computer via "standard" usb c slot, not via dedicated graphic card.

Now I am not sure if it's problem of graphic card or monitor.

Any advice?

Best Regards,

Pro Display

You have done a great job isolating the issue.

In every case you described, the problem follows one display, not any port, not any cable, and the identical display, when used under the same conditions as the failing display, works great.

It's the display.
