Subscription payment deducted for canceled subscription

I subscribed to an app for some period. I cancelled the subscription the previous day of renewal, maybe less than 24 hours, but the money got deducted from UPI mandate. The subscription was not extended as visible from App Store and the app. Worst part is there is no trace in apple about it. The transaction is present in my bank statements.

Hi, I had also faced the same issue. So, what you have to do is Delete AutoPay from your UPI app because as illogical as it sounds, your app or Apple store cancellation won't get reflected with your Bank. So, to actually cancel the subscription, you have to do it with your concerned UPI app. Hope it helps.

hey! I am facing the same issue as well...cancelled the subscription within the time limit but the amount was till debited. Contacted apple support but they have no trace of the charges. So what should I do now? If I delete the autopay from my google pay app, will the amount be refunded? or do I have to do something after deleting the autopay to get the refund? It'll be really helpful if can reply...

Hi. I know it has been a while since you had this issue. Could you please tell me if the transaction did revert after a while? Or if you found a way to resolve it yourself? Because I just had this issue where I canceled the subscription way before the due date and the amount was deducted and it’s not even showing it in the apple subscriptions but only in my bank statement. Any reply would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
