people need to call my phone twice to call me
When people wanna call my phone, the first time they call it automatically hangs up (as if i was busy) and they have to call again and then it calls me.

This is a long shot, but please check to see if you have an active focus or if Do Not Disturb was accidentally turned on. You can do this by swiping from the top right to the bottom left of the screen. After doing this, if you see a button that says “Do Not Disturb On” or a Focus, tap it.
In my example, do not disturb is on
Simply tap it to turn it off, then swipe up to save the new setting. I suggest checking this because in a situation like this, the call will be ignored unless the caller calls twice in quick succession. I gave my family members this tip so they can still call in case of an emergency.
Of course, if you choose to use Focus or DND intentionally, you can set it up to allow specific phone numbers to ring thru.
