I bypass my phone and before that I changed my iCloud password. Now they are saying for me to enable my account,I need to reset my password at Appleid.apple.com .and when I'm there ,they are saying they are sending the codes to the email which I don't know, how can I access to that ?
Try to go to Settings>Mail>Add account - Here you will be able to see all the mail accounts setted up in mail app in iphone.

To unlock this iPhone,enter the app ID and password that were used during set -up.
Now I have done that and it's showing

Your Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons. To enable your account,reset your password at Apple . Apple com.
When I go there , they are saying they are sending the codes to the email which I don't remember creating. So how can you help me to see those codes which I can reset my password which is on ??
