Unwanted dictation
My iPhone 12 Pro Max copies conversations and even TV but dictation is off. How do I stop it from j happening?

Have enabled VoiceOver on iPhone?
Learn and practice VoiceOver gestures · Go to Settings > Accessibility > VoiceOver. · Turn on VoiceOver, tap VoiceOver Practice, then double-tap to start.
