Try a Forced Restart. Press and hold BOTH the power and crown in for several seconds until the screen goes black and the Apple Logo reappears, then let go. Wait until prompted to enter your passcode. If that doesn't work, you'll likely need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluations and options.
