This is a user to user forum. You need to contact Apple support for refunds directly. We cannot refund anything here, and we cannot know why you are being charged.

Also, make sure the charges are for that subscription. It's possible they are for something else and not BetterMe. Check your list of payments and charges as explained in the support document linked below.
