I’m just wondering how to log onto my 3month plan when I have a iPhone for remote or a chrome cast to apply for tv access..?

Unfortunately, Chromecast as in-room streaming protocol is not supported for Apple TV+.
To watch Apple TV+ on a TV, you will need one of:
- a smart TV that supports the Apple TV app, or
- a streaming media player that supports the Apple TV app, connected to your TV through HDMI.
