iPhone storage capacity cannot be increased. No iPhone has ever been released with 15GB. You may have one with 16GB however.
The only iPhone SE ti be released with 16GB was the first generation iPhone SE from 2016
If you need more than 16GB, then you will need to purchase an iPhone with more storage.
You check your iPhone's storage in Settings ➜ General ➜ iPhone Storage
