Hi. When I start an outdoor cycle workout on my watch it no longer tracks distance or mph. When I upload my workout to Strava, everything is there. I have check all the privacy settings on the watch and phone. Any other suggestions?

I forced a restart on both the watch and phone at the same time and that fixed the issue. Thank you for everyone’s help. I appreciate it.

A factory reset after a quick backup of the watch data should fix it as troubleshooting different aspects could take some time.

Yes, but as in my link above, if that doesn't work, always be prepared to unpair then setup without restoring the backup - the corruption could be in the saved data
So I am still having issues. Every time I start the outdoor cycle activity it does not track mph and miles. I have to reboot both the phone and watch to get it to work again. Any ideas how to apply a more permanent fix?

It should also work if you leave your iphone at home.
