New phone = lost Fitness app activity

Yesterday I got a new iphone. All of my information, including apps, was backed up in the cloud, so restoring all apps was super easy. All apps except for the activity in my Fitness app. The app now only contains the info from when I set up the new phone. (No history, no awards, etc.)

Is there a way to get the history back?

Looking at my settings, it looks like I had the Fitness app backed up too, but for some reason the info didn't restore.
