Hi all I found these two files on my very newly bought hardly used Mabbook air M1

They look a bit disconcerting with their content. Can anyone identify what they are? Cause for alarm? Many thanks

Random unknown files keep reappearing Hello! I've had this problem for a long time, but have yet to figure out why it keeps happening. I'm pretty sure it was from some program or something I've downloaded in the past (I've downloaded a lot of things in the past couple years), but I can't figure out what, where, why. These files keep appearing under my "Downloads" folder. It'll be a whole slew of them with jibberish names. I'll delete them, and then they reappear within a day or so. They're all ".file" files. Is there a way to track down what 3rd party software could be doing this?

Found suspicious file: ExitUpsellKeyValueStore Hi everyone, I recently found a file named "ExitUpsellKeyValueStore" in my documents folder. I wasn't expecting it and don't remember creating it. Is this a legitimate Apple file, or could it be something malicious? Any information about this file and what I should do would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,

If this a new Mac you bought from Apple, don't worry about the files. There are literally hundreds of files with "odd" names chosen by the programmers.
