Beep sound coming after disconnected call

Facing the same issue, once the call gets cut by the other person there is beep 3 times right- to let you know that the call is cut. So that beep instead of playing in the earpiece, it loudly comes on the iPhone speaker. This occurs on regular cellular calls. Im using an iPhone 13 with iOS 16.5.1 and have been facing the issue ever since updated.

Can someone please answer this question. When on a call, is there a difference with the sounds when the other line hangs up the call or the call just disconnected? Like does the three beeps mean the other person ended the call (while on call) or does it mean the call just disconnect because of bad signal or something? Please reply thank you

The same issue happening to me as well, im using iphone 11 with 16.5.1(c) software.

This issue is there from few weeks and im facing this for normal call.

My iphone 14 pro is doing the same 3 beep when I disconnect from a call and I have my phone silenced.
