How to unlock my iPhone?

I can’t lose 13 years of my life because I never remember to back up my phone on iCloud and my computer burnt in my house last year and I’ve never gotten around to replacing it. There’s got to be away to remotely backup your phone to iCloud, is there?

The major point here is that backups have to occur.....before....disasters occur. If the phone has locked you out, it's too late to back up, since the data on the phone is already lost.

We can help you get your phone reset and erased and set up again, but first need bit more information on what kind of "lock" is on the phone. Is the message on the screen.......

Unavailable?

Security Locked?

Activation Locked?

Carrier Locked?

Something else?
