after replacing my original battery, I'm not getting great performance on my iPhone and now battery does not charge cause it is overheating sometimes. anyone have this issue with replacement battery?

Was the battery installed by the Apple Store or an authorized Apple Service shop?

Who installed the replacement battery? If it was Apple take it back to any Apple store. If it was a 3rd party battery its possible, even likely, that it is an inferior quality battery.
