Took mine in just now…had them since August. Have had multiple complaints so I decided to take the time and take them in. The rep invited to me to purchase a new one since they’ll have mine for 3 days. Then he said I could return them when my set of returned. I had them for work so now I should be inconvenienced because of manufacturing issues.
