If I no longer have a Mac how can I access my iTunes library?

That will depend on where your iTunes Library is currently stored.


If you use Apple Music's iCloud Music Library, you can access it from any Apple device or Windows PC that is logged in to your Apple ID account.


If you have your iTunes Library stored on an external drive, you can use a Windows PC with iTunes to access the iTunes library, or any other device that can access the external drive to just view the actual music files stored there.


If you have no backup of your iTunes library, then there is no magic way to access it.
