No icons at the bottom of Find My screen

Getting the Menubar Back:

A. Start with a. Restart: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

No success?…

B. Reset the Home Screen Layout:

If the Safari app has gone missing somehow, then you can reset the Home Screen Layout. You'd have to add back all the apps that you can recall being back on there. So, take some screenshots of your Home Screens to have something to refer to, when adding them back.

1. Go Here: Move and organize apps on iPhone - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: Reset the Home Screen and Apps to their Original Layout
3. Go to: Settings
4. Tap: General
5. Tap: Reset
6. Tap: Reset Home Screen Layout

Troubleshooting Find My Screen:

Can you provide a screenshot? That would most certainly help. IMPORTANT: Blank out personal info(i.e. names) by covering it with red-colored rectangles, and such. Go here: Take a Screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support
