I recently upgraded from the 8 plus to the 12 and checked the storage situation out for my 12 and realized that my 8 plus has 128G and my 12 only has 64. Why does an older gen phone have more internal storage on it than a newer gen phone with no option to get more storage besides buying a brand new phone?
