The USA Today was offering a special Memorial Day rate for 99cents for 6 months , when I went to subscribe I was charge $9.99 per month , bait and switch. I’ve requested a refund at iTunes . I have the screenshots from the special offer.
Looking at your ScreenShot I see that you have seen this ad in Google.
Ask them if the same is valid for the App Store and the Google Play Store.
