I bought iPhone 12 in feb 21.13 months purchase my phone’s battery swollen as warranty already expired I have to pay the cost of battery (5000INR).Now again after one year the new battery also swollen and I again have to pay 6500 INR.

When I see here --> iPhone Battery Repair & Replacement - Apple Support (IN) the battery replacement cost is way higher than what you had said (It shows ₹8400 for iPhone 12 and 12 Pro), which indicates you have gone to an unauthorized service center for battery replacement.
If you purchased it in Feb 2021 then it is 27 months old. Next time, Purchase Apple Products from the Apple Online Store, Apple Retail Stores, and many Apple-authorized resellers and wireless service providers.
