Air pods engraving not visible in the phone while connecting

Recently i purchased air pods pro 2nd gen with my name engraved into it but the engraved text is not showing up in the software is there any solution for this

I’m resetting my airpods pro 2nd gen type c every fu**ing hour since delivery,,,,, and apple support saying “it’s not a functional issue”

then what is the meaning of purchasing from apple official website store and paying full price still not getting what i want !!!!

We'd first recommend you make sure your paired device is fully updated.


After that, test the issue again. If it still doesn't show the engraving after the update, take the additional steps in the link below to reset your AirPods Pro and then pair them again. This will help us further isolate out the issue if it persists.
