I can only find the Pride Edition Sport Band 2023 in the US, Canada and UK shops.

Will it (and when) be available in other countries? Specifically, I am in Croatia....

no idea, I just tested the danish and italian online store and they have it Acquista cinturini per Apple Watch - Apple (IT)

you can try to contact their support and ask if they have info

Indeed they do have it. Still, they don't ship internationally, and even if they did I'm afraid the shipping cost would be the same as the price of the band - if not more.
