Renew my 'Apple Developer program' issue

Hello,

I had several contact with support about the renewal of our program.

Can someone help me how we can renew an expired (5 months) 'Apple Developer Program'.

After renewing, Apple Developer account still says expired. Also a login issue discrepancy between devices. I renewed my Apple Developer membership today. I have an email notification from my bank confirming the transaction. But in my Apple Developer account, it still says my membership is expired, with a renewal button. I tried a different browser with a clean cache, same issue. On a side note, when I tried to renew via my MacBook earlier, for some reason my password would not work at the point where it was asking me to log into the store for checkout (store.apple.com), even after resetting my password. But when I tried it on the browser on my Pixel phone, exact same pages and password, it worked. Not sure if related to the above. Contacted Apple Support but in the meantime would like to see if anyone here has any suggestions for a faster resolution.

If several direct contacts with Apple Developer Support have not resolved the issues, there’s probably more going on here. Best continue your discussions with Apple Developer Support.
