Text messages on multiple devices

To set up your Apple devices so that deleting a text message on one device deletes it on all your devices, you'll need to ensure that you have the Messages in iCloud feature enabled. This feature syncs your messages across your Apple devices, allowing for consistent message deletion. Here's how you can set it up:

1. Update your devices: Ensure that all your Apple devices, including your iPhone, iPad, and Mac, are updated to the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, and macOS respectively. This ensures compatibility with the Messages in iCloud feature.
2. Enable Messages in iCloud on iPhone and iPad:

• • On your iPhone or iPad, go to "Settings".
  • Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  • Select "iCloud" and make sure that "Messages" is enabled. If it's not, toggle the switch to enable it. You may be prompted to merge your messages with iCloud.

1. Enable Messages in iCloud on Mac:

• • On your Mac, open the "Messages" app.
  • In the menu bar, click on "Messages" and select "Preferences."
