Mortgage Amortization schedule using Numbers

Making a mortgage loan to daughter, trying to make a mortgage amortization schedule with fixed interest rate, allowing for additional principle payments. I want to have payment paid date column, and keep running total of principle balance. If addl principle payment made, want table to recalculate future amortization payments. Also need annual int paid calculated. Am generally familiar using formulas, but not sure which ones to use. Searched for Numbers template, but could not find. Any help appreciated.
