I want to sto notifications about the battery being charged. I know it’s changed!!

No. It is the original battery that came in the phone when I purchased it new.
When I click the link, a form that looks like this opens up:
Fill out the form and enter the feedback, then click Submit Feedback. I just tested this again a few minutes ago and everything appears to be normal.
Apple will acknowledge receipt of your feedback, but they will not respond any further. If enough users make the same request, then Apple might incorporate that in a future iOS update.
There is nothing more that you can do.

I thank you for your comment. However my ‘feedback’ to apple did not get received by apple because when I pressed ‘send’ another window popped up telling me to go elsewhere.
Therefor ‘apple’ have not received my query. So there will be no receipt of the query, and of course Apple will not be able to respond.
I do not believe that is an option.
If you had the battery changed by someone other than Apple or an authorized service provider, you can’t get rid of that.
I tried to post to apple but it kept diverting me.
I’ll try again. It kept taking me to something else. Very annoying as I’d written a full account of the issue.

I'm not sure if you understand. You will get a response back from Apple acknowledging the receipt of your suggestions, but they will not respond any further. The feedback process has ended.
