Hi, I recently pre-ordered a movie through Apple TV+. I have no date displayed as to when this movie will be available to watch. How can I see that? Or will I be notified? I have tried to check through settings under the pre orders tab but see only the movie’s name and a description or summary of the plot. How can I check?? It is frustrating.
Users that pre-order content, will receive an email notification when the order becomes available. It will then be waiting and ready for you in your Library on your devices.
Perhaps a release date is not certain at this time. The movie page will be updated when this information becomes available.

I think it is time to get specific, to investigate why it fails to give access to your content.
What title did you order, and what is the country as set for your Apple ID account?
On what device did you click the link? If you used Android mobile for that, then a movie wouldn’t be available there.
Can you play the title from the Apple TV app (any supported device), or iTunes app (PC or older Mac), or Movies app (optional for Apple TV box)? That should work.
Ok so I just got the email with the pre-ordered content being available and providing a link to download. When I click on it it takes me to Apple Music for some reason and immediately displays a pop up saying that the content is not available in my country. Now, this is where I get mad. Why is this being displayed after making the transaction and not before?
