IMessage keeps deactivating my number

My IMessage has recently been signing me out. It keeps deactivating. When I go back to activate it it either works but signs me back out a few minutes later or it won’t let me activate it at all. I’ve restarted my phone updated it turned it on and off repeatedly and I don’t know what to do. Help me please
