Customize on data transfer - iPhone to iPhone

What is allow on the step “Make this your new iPhone.” Options below “Continue or Customize”


If I select “customize”, what that allows? In terms of apps and data.


I buy a 256GB and the old one is 512GB, I just not want everything transferred and just leave everything stored in the old phone if I need something in the future.

The customization options can include:

  1. Language and Region: Select your preferred language and region for the device.
  2. Wi-Fi Network: Connect to a Wi-Fi network for internet access.
  3. Apple ID and iCloud: Sign in with your Apple ID or create a new one to access Apple services.
  4. Location Services: Choose whether to enable or disable location services for apps.
  5. Siri: Enable or disable Siri, Apple's virtual assistant.
  6. Screen Time: Set up screen time limits and restrictions.
