Error triggering mds-stores and mdworker spiking cpu ... spot a light on this please

EVERY time i start my macmacmini (i7 3.2 ghz 6 core 64 gb ram) it starts with a period of 15 min. spiking the cpu with the mds stores and md worker processes. it is not doing that when started in safe mode. did diffrent things already so please advice next level ;-)

The mdworker/mds stores spiking process seems to be triggered immediately after the following error and stays in a kind of "loop" of 15 min. ()

23-05-24 20:02:30.623 mdworker    code signing internal problem: unexpected error from xpc: <dictionary: 0x7ff8468f4740> { count = 1, transaction: 0, voucher = 0x0, contents ="XPCErrorDescription" => <string: 0x7ff8468f48d8> { length = 18, contents = "Connection invalid" }

}

23-05-24 20:02:30.623 mdworker    MacOS error: -67048

23-05-24 20:02:30.624 mdworker    Error registering stapled ticket: Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-67048 "(null)"

SecTrustEvaluateIfNecessary and so on....

and then it fires up with different logfiles (i can place it if it helps, but it's a BIG file) and the cpu strikes heaven... (800% on activity monitor)

So here's the point where i am stucked, i dont get any info how to proceed now. i checked this site https://eclecticlight.co/2022/12/08/spotlight-problems-mds_stores-and-mdworker-in-trouble/ but it doesn't help me really out of it... except doing a complete re indexing procedure which would be a pain...

i assume there must be an app/extension (i have no dropbox or similar) which is causing this effect (safe mode works perfectly with no cpu spikes) but i cannot find anything. mdimport -L on terminal gives me this list (

    "/System/Library/Spotlight/SystemPrefs.mdimporter",

    "/System/Library/Spotlight/iWork.mdimporter",

    "/System/Library/Spotlight/iPhoto.mdimporter",

    "/System/Library/Spotlight/PDF.mdimporter",

    "/System/Library/Spotlight/RichText.mdimporter",

    "/System/Library/Spotlight/Office.mdimporter",

    "/System/Library/Spotlight/Mail.mdimporter",

    "/System/Library/Spotlight/vCard.mdimporter",

    "/System/Library/Spotlight/Image.mdimporter",

    "/System/Library/Spotlight/iCal.mdimporter",

    "/System/Library/Spotlight/CoreMedia.mdimporter",

    "/Library/Spotlight/iBooksAuthor.mdimporter",

    "/Applications/EtreCheckPro.app/Contents/Library/Spotlight/EtreCheckPro.mdimporter",

    "/Applications/GarageBand.app/Contents/Library/Spotlight/GarageBandSpotlightImporter.mdimporter",

    "/Applications/GarageBand.app/Contents/Library/Spotlight/LogicX_MDImport.mdimporter"

)

WHAT can i check ?

Thank you ! Yes i have etrecheck, will post report. i also suggest there must be some „3rd party“ thing.

I am a kind of „semipro weekend homestudio producer“ so when i finish my sessions i normally shut down my mac and the whole equipment.

Oh btw. did a full rescan of the internal disk over night with physically disconnected external drives (timemachine drive included)

no success, so rescaning is definitely out of scope…
