Printing a score with GarageBand iOS
I can print a score when using GarageBand for the Mac. Can I do the same with the iOS version? If so, how?

No, I have not found any way to print a musical score in GarageBand on the iPad. We can edit software instrument tracks, but not view them as a musical score like on the Mac.
