Mail problem: "The specified object was not found in the store.

Certain spam to my hotmail accoung is creating windows to appear showing:

"The specified object was not found in the store. The process failed to get the correct properties."

It causes the Mail icon on my iMac to continually bounce until I click "OK".

Have no idea how tostop this. Normal spam just goes to the spam folder.

iMac 27″, macOS 13.3

Do you perhaps have a custom Rule that is attempting to move this email from the sender? Check your rules and either remove it or modify it. For example, I see that the word 'aBOUT' is attempting to use a fake word by using a lower case letter or symbol rather than the complete word 'ABOUT'. Try using other methods to filter the message in Rules.
