12pro max vibrate option is now gone

This is from my husbands phone. The Vibrate option is completely missing from my phone🤷♀️

Finding Vibrate Options:
Lightly swipe you finger down from the top, and then in the textbox app the screen, type the word "vibrat" (without the e as the end). See if anything abut vibration pops up.
