The command is softwareupdate. For details and syntax:

man softwareupdate

List, download, and Install are the major verbs for this task.

softwareupdate —-list
softwareupdate —-download {quoted kit name}
softwareupdate --install {quoted kit name}

To update everything:

softwareupdate —-install —-all

macOS itself has some added options:

softwareupdate --list-full-installers
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version {dotted-version}

You will also need to prepend with sudo to install, as root/Admin access is required.

Perhaps a typo, as It does occur from time to time, but afaik there was never a 13.3.3(a)

Use the Terminal Command below to download the Full Version of 13.4

It will only place a new application in the Applications Folder and NOT Auto Launch

When ready, Launch the Install Ventura Application like any other Application and follow the prompts

Looks like there is a problem with M2 and 13.4.1. As well as previous update. Currently my Intel will update to 13.4.1 yet the M2 Mac mini fails. Fails via

Update in the settings

Update in Safe Mode

Update via command line with softwareupdate with the "-I -a"

Fails with the softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 13.4.1

So what is the magic trick Apple?

Thanks
