How do I remove a PC from my networks?

When I was searching through my finder one day, I found that I had a tab in my sidebar within my finder.

Turns out that I must have left some remnants of a virtual machine on my Network.

Does anyone know how to remove one of these devices?

P.S

I no longer have access to the network, it always returns negative once I attempt to connect as the device.

Thank you or the screenshot.

What makes you suspect it is a VM?

Network Password:

How lard is this LAN? If only a few devices, then log into your router, and change your password to tour network. They would no longer have access to it.

I have one but it's actually there because of what I did in my router. I set up an external storage device using a router option and a router attached drive, but abandoned it because it was a dismally slow even on a fast network. We opted for local external SSDs instead.

To remove it completely required taking the router offline and I decided I'd just ignore the reference. It's turned OFF in the router anyway.
