I purchased a silicone iPhone I phone 12 case at Christmas time and it’s showing signs of deterioration already. Just wondered if I’ve covered under any kind of warranty as its product is no good for my phone anymore?
Hi! I know that the silicon cases are not that long lasting form my experience. You can try getting it replaced in an Apple Store under warranty, but I can't guarantee that they exchange it. However if it's just the outer layer of silicon damaged, the phone might still be protected from the other layers of the case.
