Because “the phone shop” is not an authorized Apple service provider and does not have access to genuine Apple parts. they installed a cheap knockoff battery in your phone.

You can try to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store and see if they will do the replacement correctly with genuine Apple parts, but don’t be surprised if they refuse to touch it now that it’s been tampered with.
