Report Apple TV issue
I purchased a movie from Apple TV and it showed preorder then after the day it was supposed to be available to watch, I saw the button to purchase again

Pre-orders are charged when they become available. View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support
See if your pre-order is still listed as such, or canceled. View or cancel pre-orders for apps, movies, music, or books - Apple Support﹥What happens when your pre-ordered item is released.
If you weren’t charged, then you can buy it ‘again’.
If you viewed on a different device where you aren’t signed in with the same Apple ID account, then the experience is as expected.
Else contact the iTunes Store staff about any special circumstances regarding this title.
