Call for help: Can't Install Rapid Security Response???

My original post is here and not getting a response so figured I'd try in here:

Macbook won't install the Hot Fix update? - Apple Community

Short version: My MacBook Air at work gives me a notification every morning about installing the Rapid Security Response from early May. I was never able to and installed 13.4. Figured that would install it. Still get the notification. Ideas?

Was does the Terminal Command output report.

In theory - it should report the 13.4 Full Installer

 softwareupdate --list-full-installers

Is should list 13.4 - hopefully

This Terminal Command below, should bring down the Full Version.

softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 13.4

It will place a New Application in applications folder and Not Auto Launch

When ready, launch it like any other application and follow the prompts

I can say with certainty, when 3 M Class computers were running 13.3.1(a ) which was the Rapid Security Response.

When I ran the terminal command  " softwareupdate --list-full-installers " the command would function but never List the 13.4 or any other older version.

Only once 13.4 was installed, would it List 13.4 Full Installer and older available full versions

Go figure

Why the Alert is still being present - No idea.

If this happened on my machines, which it has not ( yet )

AFAIK and can be corrected by Others, 13.3.1(a) was the first RSR rolled out for Ventura.

13.3.1(a) was what was showing in "About this Mac" before installing 13.4 also...maybe it installed overnight...but still not sure why the notification is still there.

I rebooted my machine again a few minutes ago and no notification. I will see if it appears later in the day or tomorrow morning like it has the past few days after rebooting. Notifications center shows "No recent notifications."
