Where can I direct bug reports?

I am a web developer and I've found an issue with VoiceOver on i(Pad)OS when used on a web page with an HTML dialog inside a web component.

Googling for "Report a bug to Apple" or similar always lands me on this feedback assistant thing, which apparently I need developer access for. But I am not an Apple app developer, I just want my website to work with VoiceOver (it works just fine everywhere else - Chrome, Firefox, JAWS, NVDA, TalkBack, even Macbook and VoiceOver - and it is definitely an issue with VoiceOver on Safari for i(Pad)OS 16).

Is there no place to get assistance and report this bug properly without having to jump through Apple's hoops?

I have seen these, but they seem more like end-user issues. I will try the form though, thanks!

However, funny that I cannot even select the most current iOS version 16.5.x in their drop down.

They don't seem to WANT to hear the bug reports.
