Iphone 14 pro max will not vibrate on silent

When my iPhone 14 pro max is on vibrate when I get a text it will not vibrate and my iPhone is updated

My phone will not vibrate I set the vibrate to “on” in settings but neither for text or ring will it vibrate. Am I missing something?

Two things

Settings > Accessibility > Vibration [Enable]
for email

You will have to set it independently for ever mail account (Watch the GIF below)

Note: - Default is No Vibration.
